Hope and care are two things that should be available to people readily. That might not seem like the case often. But, thankfully, the Australian government and skilled care providers have combined expertise to be able to provide the right care to the people requiring it. With the help of the NDIS, Home in Hope was formed in order to provide not just nursing and palliative care, but also a wholesome community for our patients to have the highest possible quality of life.
Finding hope is easy when you work with us. Registered and certified under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Hope in Home works actively to provide the necessary care and support for people with disabilities. Based out of Queensland, Australia, we provide care to not just those requiring disability support, but also to those requiring aged care.
We have a dedicated team working to provide disability services for those requiring it. This includes services such as community nursing, at-home care, nursing care, transport, group activities and community services. Additionally, we also provide aged care in the form of home care, palliative care, nursing, as well as required wound care.
It doesn’t end there. Hope in Home prides ourselves in creating opportunities for patients to form a supportive and collaborative community. For this reason, our care extends beyond immediate and long term physical health centered services. In addition to disability and aged care, we also organize day trips and adventure trips for our patients.
The purpose? The ability to step into a world that has a plethora of fun, creative, and positively engaging activities that are otherwise inaccessible or ignorant to the needs of aged and disabled demographics.
