Community Services

“You’re not alone in this experience,” is a phrase that you must’ve heard more times than you count. But the knowledge of it is not enough. It is crucial to be surrounded with the correct support system, and have access to the community you are able to gain the most empathy and understanding from. In order to achieve this, Hope in Home partakes in community services for different communities of disabilities. We provide you with access, resources, and support so that you can engage with and partake in the community activities and events you can benefit from.

Building relationships, building hope

These services include, but are not limited to, transport and care during engagement activities, access to educational resources and courses designed for you, as well as leisure and volunteer activities for you to learn from. The partners with you are trained to take care of your specific health and equipment needs so that you are safe and well taken care of while you indulge in the learning and recreational activities of your choice. Moreover, we encourage a dynamic learning environment for you to get in touch with like-minded folks with similar life experiences.

Call us on 0457120514, 0469193305 or leave an email on admin@hopeinhome.com.au. One of our team members will contact you to help with the services you are looking for.

Hope in Home prides ourselves in creating opportunities for patients to form a supportive and collaborative community. For this reason, our care extends beyond immediate and long term physical health centered services. In addition to disability and aged care, we also organize day trips and adventure trips for our patients.

The ability to step into a world that has a plethora of fun, creative, and positively engaging activities that are otherwise inaccessible or ignorant to the needs of aged and disabled demographics.
