Our transport services are available door-to-door to help clients get around safely, and wherever they wish. Aside from hospital trips, it’s absolutely possible to use our services to get to the mall, to meet a friend, or even to the park. Our services include non-medical visits purely to make it possible for leisure visits to be just as accessible. Our vehicles are accessible by wheelchair and support equipment that might be required by our users.
Additionally, our companions are compassionate, trained individuals who can provide you with the correct form of care that you need while you are in transit. They are chosen for your needs so that you can find a compatible companion in them for your journeys, and share the experience with the right one.

Hope in Home prides ourselves in creating opportunities for patients to form a supportive and collaborative community. For this reason, our care extends beyond immediate and long term physical health centered services. In addition to disability and aged care, we also organize day trips and adventure trips for our patients.
The ability to step into a world that has a plethora of fun, creative, and positively engaging activities that are otherwise inaccessible or ignorant to the needs of aged and disabled demographics.
